An Arbeitstagen verlassen wir das Haus oft mit einem Kaffee in der einen Hand und einer Scheibe Toast in der anderen, aber am Wochenende gibt es beim Frühstück keine Eile. Es findet spät statt und dauert manchmal bis zur Mittagszeit. Wir lesen und reden gemütlich bei Obst, pochierten Eiern, Honig und Toast. Eines unserer Lieblingsrezepte, das auf den Tisch kommt, wenn Freunde zu Besuch kommen, sind Blaubeer-Pancakes aus Buchweizenmehl.
